After you submit your request for an initial consultation, you receive a standard automatic response sent to the correct e-mail address you provided. One of our specialists will make contact with you either by way of e-mail, a telephone call, or both as soon as possible, and if your message includes a good time to be reached, we will try to abide by your request to the best of our ability to get you the help you are asking for.

During the first consultation with a Toltex counselor, you will have someone’s undivided attention for at least twenty minutes to get an idea of what it is that you need help with. This first consultation is at no cost to you, and with no obligation of any kind. Your problem and what can be done about it will be discussed, as well as your expectations of this type of counseling. We will also describe in more detail how this how this type of counseling can help you to achieve the results you want.
